1. The product
QuantCoreX Research Terminal is a software subscription providing access to algorithmic trading research: strategy validation reports, verified metrics, research simulations, execution telemetry dashboards, and monitoring tooling. It is licensed for personal, non-commercial research use.
2. Not financial services
QuantCoreX is not a regulated financial services provider. The subscription does not include investment advice, trade signals to be acted on, portfolio management, or execution on your behalf. See the Risk Disclosure for details.
3. Subscription and billing
- Billing is monthly via Stripe at the price shown at checkout.
- You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; existing subscribers are notified before any change applies.
4. Acceptable use
- One subscription = one user. Credentials must not be shared or resold.
- Research content may not be redistributed, scraped, or republished commercially.
- Reverse engineering of gated tooling is prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
All research reports, validation artifacts, dashboards, code and branding remain the property of QuantCoreX. Subscribers receive a personal license to use them while the subscription is active.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The product is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantCoreX is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the software or research. Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding a claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription at any time.
