Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal (link provided after checkout and in every invoice email). Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
14-day first-subscription guarantee
If you are a first-time subscriber and the terminal is not what you expected, email support@quantcorex.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No questionnaire, no retention flow.
Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, because access to the research is delivered immediately. If you believe you were charged in error (for example after cancelling), contact us within 7 days and we will fix it.
What refunds never depend on
Refunds are never conditioned on trading outcomes. Markets are uncertain by nature; the subscription buys research software and telemetry, not performance.
